Classic Southern Architecture Inspires Springfield

The style of homes found throughout the southern United States provides inspiration for the architecture at Springfield. The Springfield sales center, a replica of the original Springs family home shown below, is a fine example of the classic style featured here: 12-foot ceilings on the first floor, solid 9-foot doors and a large front porch, just like the original Springfield House just down the road.

An Architectural Control Committee reviews all home plans for building and design standards, which ensures integrity of the community and protects the value of Springfield’s homes.

Springfield Home Builders

Springfield’s Builder Guild constructs all of the new homes in the community. You can purchase a homesite and build a custom home with one of the builders or purchase a Ready To Customize (RTC) home already under construction. Most of the builders have built in one or more of Crescent’s communities, and several are based in South Carolina.
