HomeArama 2007 runs through June 10

Crescent is honored to host HomeArama, the Home Builders Association of Charlotte's annual event, again this year at Springfield. About 40,000 attendees toured six fully decorated homes last year at the Sanctuary, Springfield's sister community on Lake Wylie.
Seven homes are featured on HomeArama 2007. All are priced at more than $1 million and overlook Springfield's golf course. Each home is unique in design but echoes the classic Southern architecture prevalent at Springfield. Seven members of Springfield's Builder Guild have constructed the tour homes and selected interior designers to furnish and decorate the homes. |

The Home Builders Association of Charlotte has produced HomeArama for more than 20 years. A portion of the proceeds from HomeArama 2007 will benefit the Levine Children’s Hospital.

Dates:
Saturday, May 19 through Sunday, June 10

Tickets:
Adult - $15
Senior (62 and up) - $13
Children 12 and under are free Tuesdays and Thursdays are
"Two-for-One Days." (Ex: Two people are $15;
one person is $8) These tickets can only be purchased at
the Entry Gate.
Tickets may also be purchased at participating Harris Teeter
Stores for $13. These tickets MAY NOT be used in conjunction
with any other promotion including "Two-for-One"
Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Times:
Ticket gate open from 10 a.m to 6:30 p.m. daily. Homes close at 8 p.m.

Credit Cards not accepted; Cash or Check ONLY ~ No ATM on-site ~ NO REFUNDS

Chef's Day - Wednesday, June 6
Designer Days - Every Friday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Accepting Volunteers
We are in need of volunteers to help staff the homes during the tour. Individuals can participate and earn complimentary tickets to the event. Non-profit groups can staff the houses and earn a donation for their organization.
