Ben Bowen comes to Springfield from The Point, Crescent's popular country club community on Lake Norman. He earned his bachelor of arts in marketing from Clayton State College in Atlanta. Before joining Crescent in 2000, Bowen worked in industrial service sales.

Lynne Dayton has been with Crescent since 2000. Her entire career has focused on new home sales. She worked in the business in Atlanta for seven years and then worked with Pulte and Equity Homes in northern Virginia from 1988 - 1994. Since moving to Charlotte, she worked for Builder Services, Inc. (BSI) and David Weekley Homes.

Rodney Jones joined Crescent in 2006 after 10 years as a sales counselor for Ryland Homes. Not only is he a licensed real estate broker in the Carolinas, but Jones also earned his bachelor's in business management.
