Though our communities vary in size and location, they all share our commitment to environmentally-sensitive design. Our land management practices are centered on an intended highest and best use for each tract, and specific uses range from land set aside for environmental conservation to agriculture to public use to residential and commercial development. Our Land Management Division has been operating in the markets where Crescent’s land is located for decades, and we are committed to those communities and the people that call them home.
